After 49 years in business we, regrettably, are putting the KC Hall up for sale.  Over the years the events held there, were getting fewer and smaller and the expenses are still there, as the building and equipment are getting older.  We will continue to operate until December 31, 2017 which will be the closing date.

Table Linens are optional, table cloths are priced per each. Stand fold napkins are priced per each.

Special Considerations

  • Prices subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations, please contact the hall manager to confirm price updates.
  • Wedding dinners are to be paid for the day before the wedding. The bar bill and any extras are to be paid the night of the wedding. Cash or check only. A $50.00 charge will be added for returned checks.
  • Extra charges will be added for any damages by guests to the hall.
  • 5 ½% state sales tax will be added to food and bulk bar prices.
  • Gratuity not included but is appreciated.
  • Wood County Health Department requires that cakes be prepared by a licensed baker and a copy of their license is required.
  • Proof of liability insurance must be provided by your DJ or Band for the Dance.
  • No liquor or food carry-ins is allowed.
  • Dance hours are 8:00 p.m. to midnight unless other arrangements are negotiated.
  • Glitter, confetti or soap bubbles are not to be used.
  • Verify times and setups with hall manager before printing invitations.
  • Review table arrangements, decorations, setup, napkins etc. with club manager at (715-384-2488) Linen napkins must be ordered two weeks before the dinner. Napkins you bring must be brought in the day before the dinner.
  • The hall may be decorated the day before the dinner unless another function is scheduled at the hall. Try to limit decorating time to two hours between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. The ceiling decorations are permanent. Please remember to bring a card box.
  • Contact the club manager one month before the date to confirm menu choice and approximate number of guests. Contact the club manager the Friday of the week before the event (eight days) for the final dinner count and any changes. This number will be used for invoicing unless additional dinners are ordered or unexpected guests arrive.
