Clergy Night
An annual event where we honor our area Clergy with a dinner and meeting. In the Fall of 2002 we honored Father Todd Mlsna as the Knights of Columbus Priest of the year. This event is our way of showing our support for the Clergy who give so much of their time and remind us how important it is to have God involved in our lives.
In November 2002 Father Leketas and Father Mlsna share a moment after the award presentation.

Corporate Communion
Our fellow knights and their families meet about three times a year at one of our local parishes for our corporate communion. After mass at the parish church we then meet for breakfast and fellowship at the KC Hall. Ernest Raschke is the chairman of Corporate Communion.

Knights of Columbus Annual Men's and Women's Golf Outing
The Knights of Columbus has an annual golf outing the third weekend in August. The rain date is the following weekend if the clubhouse is available. It is held on a Sunday at the Marshfield Country Club for any Knights of Columbus member (does not have to be a member in our council), their spouses, etc.
A great way to spend a Sunday.
Come join us each August.
Great follow thru.

There are three divisions as follows: men's, women's, and senior's (55 and older). The men play 18 holes and the women have the option of playing 9 or 18 holes. You play in foursomes that you arrange or the coordinators will arrange, although only individual scores are kept. There are special events on all holes.

Following the golf there is a banquet at the KC clubhouse. This consists of a dinner and awards. There are many sponsors, which goes along with the many awards and/or prizes being passed out. You don't have to golf to attend the banquet and vice versa.

The golf outing has been held for many years and normally has about 55 golfers. The contact persons are Ron Fischer (387-6728) and Mike Blackwood (387-4820). The deadline for entering is usually about a week before the event.

Landing Day Banquet

The annual Landing Day Banquet is held in the month of October. At the banquet we honor our fellow Knight's that have received the "Knight of the Year" honors. We also recognize the "Teacher of the Year" award in the Marshfield Area Catholic Schools.

There is a presentation of the money collected from the annual KC Tootsie Roll drive that is donated to Special Olympics, Norwood Volunteer Services, Handicap Scout Troop 34, Unified Services Opportunity Development Center and Scholarships.

In October 2002 our Council honored, Brother Knights Peter Raschke, John Binder, Ken Weigel, and Robert Hannum as "Knights of the Year." Also in the picture are State officer Dan Hall (3rd from left) and Past Grand Knight Paul Konrardy (3rd from right).
Men's Night

Come join your fellow Knights for an evening of good fellowship the third Monday of each month for 1st to 4th degree members and their guests. Steve Manlick our chef prepares dinner with all the trimmings including dessert and beverage for just $ 5.00.

The bar opens at 5:00 pm with serving beginning at 5:30 pm and continues until 6:45 pm to 7:00 pm.

From left to right: Dave Egner, Ron Heiting, Gary Giles, Jim Heiting, and Ray Heiting. These five regularly attend Men's Night together and there favorite spot before and after dinner to socialize is in the living room area near the entrance to the hall.

Ray Heiting turned 97 on April 10, 2003 and he regularly attends. This certainly is a KC tradition. Thanks for the memories.

Members and guests enjoying another great meal.

Following dinner join the knights in fellowship and card playing. The attendance is usually between 150 and 225 for dinner.
